Ron Lueptow

Chief Financial Officer

Ron Lueptow was named Chief Financial Officer of ArrMaz Custom Chemicals, Inc., in March 2010. He most recently served as Chief Financial Officer for Winchester Electronics Corporation.
He has over twenty-five years of broad financial and operations experience in publicly held and privately held multinational manufacturing firms in telecommunications, electronic interconnect devices, medical instruments, industrial goods, chemicals, and consumer durables industries.

Mr. Lueptow holds an MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University with concentrations in Finance and Operations. He earned a B.A. in Business Administration from North Central College where he serves on the Board of Trustees including chairing the Investment Committee, and serving on the audit and student enrollment committees. He served as President of the Financial Executives International Tampa Bay chapter in 2008.

Ron and his wife reside in Tampa and have two grown children.
